Heavy Duty (Indirect-fire Weapons Specialist)

The base figure here is the RoC Heavy Duty and the only thing I did to modify it was add the baseball cap and paint the vest.  It's ridiculously simple, but it fills the gap in my collection!

    I've been thinking about doing something like this myself except instead of painting the vest, I was just gonna swap it with the one from his K-Mart desert repaint.
