Guillotine was made using a Pursuit of Cobra wave 3 Snake Eyes body and the "Plague Leader" kit by Raginspoon. All I had to do was assemble and paint! I highly recommend checking out his stuff at Raginspoon's Custom Cast Parts & Figures.
