Shalo (Human Mercenary)

Shalo is a mercenary and information broker who owns a cantina in Mos Eisley. He is heavily involved with the Peace Brigade, a movement dedicated to aiding the Yuuzhan Vong in their conquest of the galaxy.

Parts: Head (Xyber9 figure), Torso (Ellorrs Madak), Arms (Ellorrs Madak), Gloves (Dash Rendar), Legs (Cantina Han Solo), Boots (Ellorrs Madak), Blaster (Ellorrs Madak).
Supplies: X-acto knife, super glue, file or emery board, Testors Dull-Cote, Paints and Brushes.

Reference: This figure is loosely based on descriptions from the New Jedi Order novel Edge of Victory II: Rebirth.

Step One: I assembled the parts and then cut off the Han Solo boots. The Ellorrs Madak boots were glued on in their place.

Step Two: Then, I cut off the Ellorrs Madak hands, and glued on the new gloves.

Step Three: I painted the figure according to my own interpretation of the character.

Step Four: When dry, I applied a coat of Testors Dull-Cote to protect the paint and reduce the shine.
