Luke Skywalker (Human Jedi Master)

Luke Skywalker was probably the single greatest hero to have survived the Galactic Civil War. Luke went on to re-establish the Jedi Order, becoming the first Jedi Grand Master since Yoda.

Parts: Head (Dark Empire Luke Skywalker), Torso (Speeder Bike Luke Skywalker), Arms (Naboo Obi-Wan Kenobi), Legs (Tie Fighter Pilot), Cloak (Naboo Obi-Wan Kenobi, Lightsaber (Jedi Duel Qui-Gon Jinn).

Supplies: X-acto knife, super glue, Testors Dull-Cote, Paints and Brushes.

Reference: Any number of different book covers or reference photos can be used for this, depending on your preference.

Step One: I separated the parts using the boiling water method and then split the torso with the X-acto knife.

Step Two: The posts on the arms needed to be shortened a bit before they fit correctly. I did this by cutting the posts off and shortening them by about 1/8 of an inch. I then super glued the posts back on.

Step Three: I assembled the parts and used a couple drops of super glue to seal the torso back together.

Step Four: I painted the cloak and arms flat black to match the rest of the outfit.

Step Five: Once the paint was dry, I applied a coat of Testors Dull-Cote to protect the paint and remove the shiny appearance.
